BP Georgia Technician Recruitment Campaign
Application Admission for 2011-2012 Recruitment Programme for Production, Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation Technicians.
BP is one of the larges oil companies. In Georgia it operates three pipelines Western Route(WREP), Baku Tbilisi Ceyhan (BTC) and South Caucasus (SCP) pipelines. BP anticipates the need for addtional technician positions for: Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical and Production. Successful job holders will be responsible for providing specialist technical support to BP-operated pipelines in Georgia. Typical technician roles involve doing various hands-on process operations and maintenance jobs.
We are looking for technicians who meet the requirements specified in the below links:
Successful applicants will initially undergo an intensive Petroleum Technician Training Programme in Georgia and Azerbaijan. During the 12 –16 months long programme, participants will receive intensive instruction and coaching in:
- English language
- Technical aspects of oil & gas industry
- Health & safety training
Upon successful graduation from the training programme technicians will be assigned to different sections of the pipelines in Georgia.
